We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in China.

Position Title: Senior Network Security Solution Design Expert

Responsibilities:
- Security Technical Owner of the department, leading security service solution development, build up team security service capability.
- Insight & research of telecom security trend and detail marketing strategy; effectively enable the business understanding of the market and service.
- Responsible for the telecom security management system architecture, design and deployment, overall security service solution design and deployment, cloud security architecture design and deployment.
- Building up the security service team, establish the security business roadmap according to the department security business development strategy.
- Establishing customized security solution according to telecom customer security strategy and objectives.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a science, business or telecommunications discipline.
- 5 years of information security experience, IT risk management experience in a large group company.
- Master the basics of ICT, telecommunication networks and services basics.
- Acquire knowledge of telecommunications and ICT operation and maintenance of operational areas.
- Familiar with the telecommunications industry, understanding 3GPP, TMF and other industry norms.
- Familiar with customer support services solutions, delivery, sales- related knowledge
- Familiar with overall information security system architecture, project experiences on risk assessment, classified protection, security system planning and integration.
- Familiar with ISO2701, hands on experiences on information security system build up.
- Familiar with ISO2000 & COBIT with hands on experiences.
- Ability of team management and cross business unit communication, proficient in problem solving and document.
- Trained and certified on cyber security, preferred with certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISP, ISO 27001 LA, MCSE, MCDBA, PMP).
- eTOM or ITIL certifications.
- Fluent English in reading and writing.
- Good communication skills, dedication, integrity, collaboration spirit, can work under pressure, be good at continuous improvement.
