Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage all international payrolls in coordination with multiple third party service providers across a range of EMEA and APAC regions to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including taxation and social security
  • Work closely with Human Resources and other internal stakeholders to ensure payroll data is accurate, up to date and properly documented
  • Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and other supporting schedules for management accounting purposes
  • Respond on a timely basis to internal and external queries relating to international payroll
  • Assist in the ongoing restructuring and transition of all International payrolls

    Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience of working in an international payroll environment
  • Experience of working across a range of EMEA and APAC jurisdictions, including UK, Germany and France
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Germany and/or French required
  • Strong Excel skills
