Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all international payrolls in coordination with multiple third party service providers across a range of EMEA and APAC regions to ensure all deadlines are met
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including taxation and social security
- Work closely with Human Resources and other internal stakeholders to ensure payroll data is accurate, up to date and properly documented
- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and other supporting schedules for management accounting purposes
- Respond on a timely basis to internal and external queries relating to international payroll
- Assist in the ongoing restructuring and transition of all International payrolls
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience of working in an international payroll environment
- Experience of working across a range of EMEA and APAC jurisdictions, including UK, Germany and France
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Germany and/or French required
- Strong Excel skills
