Working for one of the UK's leading financial services providers we have an exciting opportunity for an excellent HR Consultant to join on an interim basis based in Edinburgh.
As HR Consultant the main purpose of your role is to support generalist HR activity such as performance reviews, resourcing plans and case management as well as providing advice and guidance on HR policy and process.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience of working as an HR Consultant within a complex and commercial organisation (ideally financial services)
- Experience of supporting full HR life cycle activity
- Experience of dealing with Case Management
- Familiar with Employment and Case law
- Strong stakeholder management skills as well as ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of the business.
