We have a contract opportunity available for an experienced Cisco Call Manager Consultant for a project in Oslo, Norway.

- Hands on experience on CISCO Call manager cluster
- Installation of Bulk Administration Tool for IP Phones and IP Communicators
- Configuration of Software Conference Bridge Resources
- Configuration of Music On Hold (MOH) Resources and Transcoder Resources
- Configuration of CISCO gateways
- Configuration of Voice Interfaces like FXS, FXO, E&M, ISDN T1/E1 PRI, T1/E1 CAS
- Configuration of Phone Button Template, Soft key Template
- Configuration of User Features such as Speed dial, Call forwarding
- Configuration of soft phone and IP communicators on PCs
- Configuration of Auto Attendant console

Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection and Voice gateway

- Cisco CM 10.X installation and upgrade
- CM cluster configuration
- User migration
- Voice gateway IOS upgrade, configuration
- Integration with VCS, MS Lync
- E 164 dial plan setup
- Unity Connection Upgrade
- Installation and configuration of Cisco Call Manager CUCM, Unity and UCCX
- Installation and configuration of video infra Cisco VCS, VCS express, MCU, TMS
- Installation and configuration of Cisco Analog and Digital voice gateways and devices, IP phones
- Installation and configuration of Cisco Call Manager Cluster
- SRST configuration, Device Pool Configuration, DHCP Server Configuration, LDAP System Configuration, Call Routing Configuration, Access List Configuration, Media Resource Configuration, Music On Hold Audio Source Configuration, Music On Hold Server Configuration, Device Configuration, Gateway Configuration, Cisco Unified IP Phone Configuration, Trunk Configuration
- Configuration of Cisco Routers
- Deployment of Cisco IP Phones - Series: 7910, 7940, 7960
- Configuring class of service and Call admission control
- Configuring call manger features and services
- Configuration of call signalling protocols on Voice Gateways H.323,MGCP and SCCP
- Configuration of Voice Gateways, Gatekeepers, and SRST
- Configuration and Instillation of Voice Interfaces like E1 & T1 Lines (CAS and PRI), BRI,FXS, FXO
- SIP trunk configuration.
- Integration of Cisco voice and video infra with MS Lync


- Cisco CCX 10.x installation and upgrade
- Migration methods using COBRAS tools
- CCX cluster configuration


- Create SIP trunk security profile
- Create SIP profile
- Create SIP trunk between call manager to Lync server
- Create route pattern to route calls to Lync server
- Create translation pattern for Lync clients to access PSTN gateway
- Add call manager as gateway in Lync topology
- Configure global voice policy in Lync server
- Configure route and policy in Lync server
- Establish SIP trunk between Lync server to Call Manager
- Enable media bypass for Lync clients
- Lync 2013 and Cisco Call Manager 10.5 Integration
- SIP Trunk creation
- Dial plan and voice profile creation
- Ability to handle inbound or outbound voice calls via PBX or SIP trunk

The initial contract has a duration of 3 months initially.
