Senior Desktop Supporter (m/f)

Branch: Post-, Kurier- und Expressdienste
Your tasks:
- Project management - end user solutions
- You perform all PC interventions (2nd level support - manage PC and printer inventory)
- Handling “user requests” (installations, changes, disposals)
- Order desktops, laptops and printers, manage stock
- Work on specific projects in desktop environment (e.g. Smart phone UAT, migration to Windows 10, tablets...)
Your qualifications
- Senior experience in working with End users
- Experience in an IT department , delivering customer-facing IT solutions
- Experience in project management
- German and English on professional level spoken and written
