Description
Role: SAP PMO Consultant
Location: Copenhagen
Duration: 3 months +
Tasks and Competencies required
Tasks:
- Support the execution of individual project
- Schedule and drive weekly meetings including related material
- Adhere to PMO Governance and GxP Compliance
- Competently manage issues escalation and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage project artefacts to include: MS Project plans, schedules, resource plans
- Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure coordination
- Produce weekly status reports and metrics
Competencies:
- Strong personality with the right advisory mind-set to support Project Management proactively
- Strong Microsoft Project skills an absolute requirement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry
- A great sense of ownership, responsibility and time management skills
- Strong mind-set and initiative to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational, problem solving and influencing skills
- Sensitivity to the multi-cultural characteristics of the global IT organization
