Description

Experienced operations and change manager sought for a highly reputable financial services organisation on an initial 6month contract at a rate of £600pd.

This role is working on an exciting cutting edge digital project. The Operations team, which you will be part of, will monitor customer growth and fall out, all feedback and complaints as well as assisting with the implementation of a new product.

To be considered for the role, you will have demonstrable experience in customer operations, an in-depth understanding of implementing operational models and experience of embedding large-scale change programmes across organisations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A background in the Financial Services industry working in Change Management & Operational roles

  • Experience in customer operations

  • Experience of working in digital/technology teams

  • Experience of working on customer-facing applications

  • Ability to engage with colleagues across teams

  • Ability to clearly communicate projects and programmes to senior stakeholders

  • A willingness to travel UK wide
