PROJECT SCHEDULER



A global leading biopharmaceutical client requires an Operational Readiness Scheduler to join their new build biotech facility.



Location:              Dublin, Ireland 



Start:                  ASAP  



Duration:             Initial 12 month contract +



Responsibilities:



Reporting to Schedule Manager, working closely with senior management and work stream leads the candidate will be responsible for the development & maintenance of the time schedules and progress reporting systems to support the operational readiness programme for the Biologics Manufacturing Facility.



Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):



•             Develop multiple detailed time schedules to support operational readiness programme



•             Integrate multiple time schedules into overall master schedule



•             Maintain and update overall master schedule,



•             Highlight and identify schedule variance, conflicts or busts



•             Develop mitigation and recovery plans



•             Prepare progress tracking systems and reports to support governance process



Qualifications and Experience required:



The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree with typically 5 to 10 years’ experience of planning and scheduling in related field or industry.



The candidate should be comfortable working within cross functional teams comprising of technical, scientific and management personnel.



 The core skills required for this role include:



•             Project Planning & Scheduling



•             Commissioning, Qualification, Tech Transfer and Operational Readiness Planning



•             Earned Value Progress Monitoring & Reporting Systems



•             Decision making, analytical and problem solving abilities.



•             Expert user in Primavera planning software



The candidate will have demonstrated proficiency communicating and collaborating at a variety of levels, coupled with excellent organization and planning skills. In addition the candidate will have proven success working well in a team environment, as well as strong leadership skills with flexibility to react to changing business needs.
