Description
- Role: Six Sigma Consultant- Location: 45 minutes from Antwerp, Belgium
- Hours: Ideally full time 5 days per week, can be flexible with 4 days for the right candidate
- Contract duration: Until Christmas 2016; likely extension for entire 2017
Experience:
- Six sigma
- Process improvement experience
- Strong communication skills (Dutch language beneficial, will accept English speaking applicants)
- 1 – 10 years’ experience (flexible - can be a Graduate or Experienced Professional)
Company Overview:
The role is for a global pharmaceutical company, supporting the implementation of lean Six Sigma projects in the Research & Development area.
The company have been aiming to improve their productivity and are working on ensuring their processes are as lean as possible. The client now requires a highly motivated individual who wants to join the world of Lean Six Sigma. The contract is until the end of the year with strong possibility for extension into 2017.
You will support 2 Black Belt specialists to help drive through projects which are underway, support the administrative requests for workshops / projects on Lean/Six Sigma Methodology/Continuous Improvement.
The Role:
The role is to support the ongoing Lean program, work closely together with the groups on site to provide support to the respective teams, creating project plans and drive projects against the milestones.
Within the R&D organisation, you will be supporting the following departments:
- Analytical Development
- Organical Development
- Pilot Plant / Biologics
There will be the opportunity to learn from Lean Six Sigma Black Belts on the following areas:
- 5S
- PDCA – Plan Do Check Adjust
- Process Development – moved into manufacturing / production implementing LEAN continuous improvement / development.
- How to plan, organise and Facilitate Workshops – LEAN / SIX SIGMA – Continuous Improvement
