The reason we are recruiting is due to our Unit Linked space there are a number of projects which require additional resource and experienced industry expertise to support delivery in line with agreed timescales.

Your duties will include:

  • Assist in delivery of key projects (Unit Linked Dealing & Oversight, fund closures, fund rationalisations etc), representing Investment Ops at project meetings and putting in to action deliverables for our area.
  • Prepare project timetables capturing key deliverables for Investment Ops, for circulation to other impacted areas of the business.
  • Liaise with other areas of the business as required (inc Financial Accounting) to ensure affected areas are aware of the impact that projects will have on their area.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers (eg StateStreet, Milestones) to ensure project timelines are achievable and adhered to.
  • Assist in development of oversight capability in new pControl dealing software

To be successful in role you will hold the following preferred knowledge and experience:

  • Unit Linked Fund Pricing or Mutual Fund Pricing experience - essential
  • Unit Linked Fund Knowledge - essential
  • Experience of working in a large life company or Third Party Administrator - desirable
  • Working knowledge of life and pensions products, markets and competitors - desirable
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
