Description
SAP SPM Consultant required for 2 - 3 months in Malaysia from around 11th October.
We are looking for one functional and one technical consultant to cover;
- Project Management of SAP Activities
- Configuration and Functional Specification for the design documents for SPM 3.0 solution
- Scope validation document and Functional Specifications for two enhancements
- Unit Testing for 10 reports
- New install and configuration of SAP Portal (version 7.4 SP12);
- New install and configuration of SPM add-on (version 3 SP03);
- Installation of standard SPM extractors on single ECC (ERP Version SAP 4.6c or higher)
- Portal technical connectivity configuration with Back End SAP ERMS BW 7.4, SAP ERMS ECC 6 and SAP SRM 7 system.
- Configuration UME data store using provided customer Domain Active Directory - LDAP
- Portal SPNEGO configuration with MS Active Directory to establish Single Sign On (SSO).
- Portal technical configuration and integration of new portal 7.4 with SAP BW 7.4; BI-JAVA components; SPM add-on components
- Update and access configuration on existing Web Dispatcher 7.4
- Portal configuration Federated Portal Network FPN with existing SAP SRM Portal 7.02 on access SPM iview.
- Portal access & technical testing (SIT) of new installation SAP Portal 7.4 on SPM 3.0.
- Go live or post production support
- Knowledge transfer and handover of configuration notes to customer support team
- SPM Functional activities
- Configuration of standard SPM extractors on single source system - ECC
- Activation of standard SPM content in BW system
- Configuration of data load processes and parameters in customer's environment
- During the scope validation workshop the Licensee will have be asked to select a maximum of 10 reports that will be included within the project scope for testing purposes and customer acceptance of the solution.
- Migration of user created SPM reports (created in SPM UI), up to 50 in number, from SPM 2.1 to 3.0
- SPM Enhancements
- ECC data extractor enhancement for identification of CAPEX/OPEX in PO, contracts & Invoices object that will be derived based on fields available in respective extractors & business logic provided by customer
- Enhancement in SPM 3.0 to enable drill-down hierarchies in reports for dimensions: Supplier and Product Category
- Performance Management Review (limited to 13 days) to provide detailed analysis and recommendations for remediation of high impact performance issues. Scope to include
- Complete review of solution including SAP Front End (Portal) and Back End (ERP and SRM)
- Performance testing of five (5) business processes
- Recommendations for improvement of selected five processes
