Job Description
Responsible for building quality system of the offshore delivery organization, Define the offshore delivery of project management of the entire life cycle of quality standards and metrics.
On organizational level and project-level, Layer 2 Quality Assessment Project Management, Define the status and baseline, make sure the direction of improvement, and lead improve organizational level, Establish and evaluate project safety management process maturity
Formulate the quality management system, support the organizational management improvement. Evaluate the level of quality management to delivery project, regularly publishing offshore major deliverables quality report;
Using professional quality tools and methods (6sigma, etc.) to support the delivery of the project to carry out special GSC quality improvement, Customer-oriented organizational security for remote delivery of lectures, answer customer questions, and gives security solutions in the project
Professional Related Working Experience
At least 10 years of delivery services project management experience.
At least 10 years of specialized service delivery process improvement experience.
At least 10 years of medium-sized organization's quality management experience. Including quality system construction, procedures and rules of construction, the quality of leadership and organization and project-level improvements, continuous process improvement (6 sigma) experience.
Regularly organize customer satisfaction surveys and analyze customer feedback leading continuous improvement of the quality of delivery.
Qualification Requirements
Education: At least 4 year university degree.
At least 10 years of enterprise-wide quality management
Language Skills: English/Chinese
Competencies
Master delivery services project management expertise.
Master service delivery process improvement expertise.
Master service delivery quality standards.such as ISO, TL9000, ITIL, CMMI etc.
Quality Management Black Belt(Optional).
