MQ Specialist, Administrator, Unix, AIX
For one of our global clients in Amsterdam we are looking for a MQ Engineer. You will be working in a State of the Art Complex Middleware Environment where you will work with the newest technologies in cloud environment.
You will be expected to:
- Plan, install and configure the product
- Implement applications, set up distributed queuing
- Enable appropriate security
- Administer and operate a queue manager network
- Enforce organizational and operational standards
- Perform basic problem determination and implement clustering and publish/subscribe topologies
This is a long term opportunity where you will use your deep knowledge of Middleware in this technically oriented job. You act as sparring partner within the Integration team, sharing knowledge and will be suggesting new ideas.
Knowledge of products as WAS, MQ, FTE, Portal, LDAP and Web Infra is required. You should also have worked financial applications before. In addition, you should be able to work with procedures and speak fluent English.
