One of our Government clients requires resource to help bridge a staffing gap on the IT Service Desk.
A number of experienced staff have left or about to leave which leaves the desk short of experience. They now need an experienced Online support team member (potentially with Public Sector experience) to fill this gap, come on board and be trained in many services outside of standard desktop packages etc. and then be in a position to then train any permanent staff expected to be employed over a period of a few months.
The main focus is to take calls/remote on to users devices/use AD so this experience would be ideal
