Service Delivery Manager required to work on the rollout of a pensions system for a global bank.
You will need experience in the proactive delivery of managed support services within an ITIL/ITSM environment. ITIL Certification is mandatory, ideally to ITIL Expert level. This is a client facing role working closely with clients to define service acceptance policies and processes. You will provide management of the Acceptance into Service process for one or more Projects or Releases through the SDLC and into the production environment, ensuring effective service readiness and operational acceptance has been undertaken. You will also be responsible to ensure any associated Operational risks are identified and effectively managed, that all the Production Support teams are kept fully informed and that early life support is in place. Manage and develop the support model with the client. Participate in Continuous Improvement activities to improve the Acceptance in Service process.
You will provide a single point of contact between the projects/releases client and all Operational functions, ensuring that needs and expectations are met by all parties.
