Description

Sopra Steria's utilities client based in Durham require a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st line support for an initial 1 month contract.

You will act, as the single point of contact for the business to raise IS incidents and service requests whilst keeping the business running as usual and supporting the users, performing at the highest level.

Skills/Experience required for the role:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
