Position Title: Fixed Broadband Expert

Roles and responsibilities:
- Fixed network service solution research based on customer’s requirements, for example research operator’s fixed network evolution target and evolution steps, analyze pain point ,TCO, opportunity and give service solutions to overcome these challenge;
- Offer on-site technical support for key projects as Consultant in fixed network modernization domain , develop technical & service solutions and tools with our client based on customer’s network or requirements, Expand the impact of our client’s fixed network modernization solutions
- Participate in company top projects as leader or core member, promoting network consulting service, providing service and tools development recommendation or technical expertise support for customers, and complete our client’s solution presentation to CMO/CTO/CIO level customers.
- Support team building and talent development in a project.Designing and providing training to junior members to enable them to discover and capture new unexplored market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- More than 15 year’s work experience in telecom industry, world class operators
- In-depth foundation about fixed network and be familiar with the technology evolution roadmap, such as Mainstream network evolution plan, network design tools
- An expert in network assessment/planning in FTTX,PSTN migration, CO modernization
- Understand and identify the critical requirements from the world's leading operators in the fixed network aspect as well as competitive and innovation advantage from main rival. Propose innovative fixed network service solutions, lead the team to accomplish both solution pre-research and service solution planning & architecture design.
- Familiar with XDSL,PON standard, fully experienced in XDSL and copper quality analysis, copper management and operation, T&D, troubleshooting
- Familiar with situation and trends of network evolving and migration
- Understand on how to obtain customer requirement and understand network planning methodology and flows, be good at communication with customers
- Willing to travel globally
- Fluency in English
