Support Administrator - Workday ERP - Events Management

Support Administrator is required to join a leading Events Management company based in London. This is a contract role offering up to £350 per day.

The organisation is rolling out Workday as their new ERP solution across the UK, South Africa and Singapore. Currently support is cover by 1 individual within the business and Workday externally, however from Go-Live (in the next 2 weeks) an additional resource will be required to cover 2nd line support for business users. Sitting in the technology team, you will manage all aspects of 1st and 2nd line support, logging incidents and queries, finding solutions and escalating to 3rd line and Workday where necessary.

Key requirements:

  • Experience with Workday ERP.
  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd Line support (preferably on Workday).
  • Experience in HR.
  • The ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail.

This is an excellent opportunity for a long term contract opportunity working on Workday, with the potential of a permanent role.
