Quality Engineer
Location: Derbyshire
3+ month contract
(£14-£18p/h PAYE)
As an integral member of the aerospace supply chain with manufacturing and repair sites globally this engine component specialist is looking for a Quality Engineer to manage the QA/QC programmes. You will manage the customer complaint and non-conformance activity and drive corrective and preventative actions.
You will coordinate and perform the internal auditing activity and implement policy changes in the field of quality assurance conducting analysis of quality related data identifying areas of improvement.
Candidate
With familiarity with quality management systems (ideally AS9100) you will have auditing and continuous improvement capability and have demonstrable experience in the management of non-conformance in the high precision metal machining environment.
You should be highly analytical with exemplary problem solving skills and a desire to build constructive and effective relationships.
