Contact Center Engineer
A Contact Center Engineer is urgently required for an ASAP start with a market leading client in Amsterdam, Netherlands for a long-term, lucrative contract position.
TheContact Center Engineer will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65%+ of the following skills:
- Hands-on experience as a Contact Center engineer.
- Workforce Management
- Speech Recognition
- Recording (Voice, chat, video)
- Dialler, outbound dialler, Preview, Progressive and predictive dialling
- Incident resolution (and strong analytical skills/root cause analysis)
- Hand-on approach to quickly create PoCs
- Software installation and upgrade, process automation
- Delivering updates to client software through automated processes
- Linux/Windows
- Nolio - nice to have
- Fluent English speaker, Dutch speakers preferred
TheContact Center Engineer will work as part of a team, will be hands-on and will implement solutions for:
- Workforce management
- Speech recognition
- Automated dialler
- Recording voice/video/chat
