Senior Business Analyst - Reading, Berkshire (CPQ, BPM, SFDC)We need a strong Salesforce Senior Business Analyst with both system and functional knowledge around Sales and Service Cloud who can facilitate both business and technology conversations. Candidate needs to understand front office processes including SFDC. This includes acquiring a customer; order fulfillment including billing and CPQ processes; and serving a customer. Must have exposure in driving customer workshops. Should also have exposure to reverse engineering in Business Process Mapping (BPM). Selected candidate needs to have VERY strong facilitation and client Management skills together with excellent written and oral communication. Additionally, candidates need to show the ability to work in an onshore/offshore model.
