Description
My client are looking for Senior Project Manager to work for one of their clients in Eindhoeven.
You must have:
- Strong project management experience - ability to operate stand-alone
- Understanding of Finance Operations, ideally in Purchase to Pay
- Change Management experience
Role:
- 50% Invoice Automation (OCR/Invoice Control Cockpit)
- Digitizing the paper flow & automating the posting process
- Technical implementation s
- Responsible to drive automation by setting up the processes, tools and operational model to drive data quality (PO, VMD, etc.)
- Manage R&R between
- Pilot approach for 1 market + Package & roll-out approach to Europe
- 50% VAT Coding Integration
- Integrate the current "exception process" outside SAP in the regular process flow
- Define target process & solution ensuring VAT coding quality
- Drive stakeholder alignment on target solution & approach to implement
- Pilot proof of concept
- Package implementation approach
