Cisco Consultant - UCCE Consultant

An urgent requirement has arisen for a Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise) Consultant on an initial 6 month contract, based in Dublin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementation, Migration and Maintenance of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise suite of products and Cisco IP Telephony solution (CUCM & CUC).
  • Strong understanding of information processing principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Cisco IP Telephony (UCCM) and Call Centre (UCCE)
  • Knowledge of working with ManS
  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies such as MPLS, QoS, TCP/IP, Routing etc
  • Patching
  • Standard daily Maintenance
  • Troubleshooting
  • Opening up TAC cases and deal with any bugs to be found in the system.
  • Steady State maintenance of Cisco UCCE solution.
  • The person ideally will have a secondary skill in call manager as well.
