Cisco Consultant - UCCE Consultant
An urgent requirement has arisen for a Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise) Consultant on an initial 6 month contract, based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementation, Migration and Maintenance of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise suite of products and Cisco IP Telephony solution (CUCM & CUC).
- Strong understanding of information processing principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Cisco IP Telephony (UCCM) and Call Centre (UCCE)
- Knowledge of working with ManS
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies such as MPLS, QoS, TCP/IP, Routing etc
- Patching
- Standard daily Maintenance
- Troubleshooting
- Opening up TAC cases and deal with any bugs to be found in the system.
- Steady State maintenance of Cisco UCCE solution.
- The person ideally will have a secondary skill in call manager as well.
