I am looking for a change manager with experience on SAP projects and utility sector for a contract until June 2017 with possible extension.
Description:
To support departments through coaching, consulting, methodological and practical assistance, the exchange of best practices and change management.
As a Change Manager, you will support the company's structure and organization to facilitate successful integration of changes
Your function:
Change management involves the following dimensions:
- Labor Organization
- Resources and changing skills
- Structure / Organization
- Technological System
The Change Manager:
- Collaborates in the preparation and support of effective policy on the organization and processes
- Collaborates in the preparation and adjustment of the policy on the change management of the company
- Driver and / or supporting the implementation of change management plans within the organization function processing to manage.
- Is in close collaboration with SAP team
Profile:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in change management and utilities sector
- You are very good bilingual (Dutch/English)
- You are result oriented and have a methodical approach to work.
- You are a good communicator and you are able to deal with resistance to change in an assertive manner.
