Title: Complaints Specialist - CA
location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Duration: 2 Months (Possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: $20.00 Per Hour
Description:
Responsibilities include and not limited to:
- Evaluate incoming data and perform failure device analysis utilizing lab technique and test equipment to confirm complaint. Analyze data and determine appropriateness to escalate for possible CAPA.
- Complete all needed records in a timely and accurate manner utilizing Good Documentation Practices ( GDPs).
- Work with a variety of diverse persons within the company such as Engineers, Tech Support, R&D to resolve complaints.
- Evaluates customer feedback and internal for possible complaint.
Experience:
- BS degree in Engineering or Bio Sciences.
- 1 + years of experience in a medical device or regulated industry.
- Basic understanding of CAPA, as well as basic understanding of 21 CFR parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO 13485 and ISO 90001.
Skill Sets:
- Clear and effective oral and written communication; strong attention to detail and follow up; strong organizational skills; proficient in MS Office, other computer programs an asset.
Physical Demands:
- Capable of lifting 20 lbs from floor to above shoulders; ability to adhere to lab gowning policy; Able and willing to enter potential biohazard environment.
