Description
For one of our longstanding final clients, Next Ventures is urgently seeking two experienced SAP CRM Consultants to work on the service process area.
Coming from a customer service/utilities background, you must have around 10 years of SAP CRM experience with deep knowledge in service process, service orders, and integration of billing scenario with SAP ECC (controlling).
Understanding/knowledge of ABAP coding is an advantage.
Activities are post go live study and system improvement and reconfiguration, testing, training and support.
Italian fluency is a definite plus, but English fluency is 100% required as there will be 30-40% travel to Germany and Switzerland (expenses covered by the client when travel).
