Designing innovative global delivery visions comprehensive ICT offshore/remote delivery strategies, including service market strategy, sourcing strategy, global service management strategy.
Proposing GTS offshore delivery implementation roadmap overall strategy.
Designing communication solution between offshore and onsite team and improving customer experience continuously.
Designing knowledge management solution for global service department.
Exploring the use of automation tools and intelligent device for offshore/remote service.
Analysis global delivery service strategy of peer competitors, including offshore/remote delivery strategy, global service mode and quality measurement method, employee structure, etc.
Collection and summary of Operator customers' opinions of remote/offshore delivery, proposing market strategy of global service.
Collection best practices and the latest remote delivery key projects and cases of entire ICT industry.
Professional Related Working Experience
Have extensive consulting experience and be recognized as an ICT service strategy specialist
Have long been engaged in ICT service delivery model research, market insight. Have a certain influence in offshore delivery or service delivery innovation.
Have the professional strategy to the implementation of the service module working methods and skills; mastery of strategy decoding.
Qualification Requirements
Education: At least 4 year university degree.
MBA will be in priority
