IT Infrastructure and Services Project Director

We are currently recruiting for an IT Infrastructure and Services Project Director to join their business in Spain.

Responsibilities:
- Is the single point of escalation for our customer and internally in all OB’s
- Leading project teams while monitoring and controlling project activities
- Reviews project proposals to determine goals, timelines, budgets, resource requirements for each phase of the project.
- Manages projects by defining project scope, requirements, deliverables and developing schedules
- Developing Project Teams and resource allocation to effect best outcome
- Develops and implements strategic objectives; uses objectives to establish functional work plans
- Collaborates with various departments in all aspects of the project management cycle.
- Ensures projects are managed in accordance with established Quality Assurance and Validation procedures

Qualifications:
- Leadership, organizational, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills, team worked and self directed
- Critical thinking, problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
- Knowledge of best practices in IT project management such as OS, Database, Storage, server, cloud computing, application, software domain.
- Basic computer skills – familiarity with Windows based software programs: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS Projects
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems, including conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of Project Management principle and methodologies
- 15 years+ in a project manager role
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred
- Travelling within LATAM countries is needed
- Fluent Spanish and English
