- Responsible for ensuring that the global and local communications plans are implemented correctly
- Regular status report of local change implementation
- Development and implementation of Change Management concepts
- Realisation of local Sponsors' engagement in the process
- On boarding and coaching of local Change Managers and teams
- Evaluation of business readiness
- Performance business impact analysis
- Assess change readiness in local organizations
- Support and facilitation if local organization in change implementation
Your qualifications
- Profound knowledge in change management Concepts
- Broad project experience of local change management plans based on concepts
- Proven Stakeholder management skills
- Solid change management skills (theoretically and practically)
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
