We are currently recruiting for our client, a dedicated and disruptive innovation driven software application company in Automotive space, for a Customer Service Representative to join their business in Madrid (Alcobendas).

Their goal is to optimize the automotive claims and aftersales process, tailored in each market.
Our client is a technology innovator, hungry for bringing disruptive new technology to market.


The opportunity
We need a fresh, keen and ambitious professional that helps us to re-invent our customer service. Leveraging the closeness to our customers and the development teams, will seek the highest customer satisfaction with a 2-fold approach: providing an agile customer attention and optimizing the current process.


Responsibilities:
- Manage the ticketing system and support its transformation
- Ensure problems are investigated, fixed and prevent recurrence
- Measure perceived quality and detect trends
- Minimize resolution time, measure & promote customer satisfaction
- Bridge the gap between developers and customers
- Learn about the systems, the workflow and provide basic training
- Engage with customers and propose initiatives to boost quality standards


Qualifications:
- 2+ professional years in a customer oriented and service role
- International experience, Excellent English in speaking and writing
- Skilfull with software, experience providing IT product or system support
- Problem solver and proven experience with problem identification
- Passion and experience in the automotive industry, with dealers or OEM’s
- Fluent English language
