SENOVO IT is urgently looking for an IT Support Engineer fluent in French and English to work in Paris .

POSITION PRIMARY SKILLSET JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Lead & End User Support Profile:
10 + years of experience in IT
Experience in mixed operating system and database environments (SQL), including Windows (Windows 7 & Windows 2012) and creation and maintenance of related documentation on MS Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Very good command of English and French with proven drafting ability.
ITIL certified and experience of working with ITIL processes, particularly change, incident and problem management.
Excellent expertise and well-proven experience on the installation, configuration and maintenance of software products for license control, as well as experience in migration and upgrades between different versions.
Relevant experience in OS Deployment, VPN Support, SCCM, NAS Support, iPhone and iPad will be considered a very valuable asset.
Experience in evaluating and executing changes and service requests according to provided operating procedures while maintaining agreed service levels and deadlines

Task description:
Support during life cycle of IT services, in planning, specifications, integration, test, acceptance and deployment stages, focusing of aspects related to system and application integration
Maintain agreed service levels and deadlines
Contribute to the deployment of services in production by advising on the production impact of planned changes, assisting Data Centre and Network Operations in the roll-out and post implementation
Document installation and operational procedures for further deployments in IT Operations
Review technical procedures related to system integration; ensure required resource requirements are understood and timely communicated to respective business leaders
Liaise with technical teams for the acceptance and handover of service in production;
Support end-users on any issues related to Hardware (Laptop, Desktop, Printers and Mobile devices) and introduction of new services
Support Data center Operation and Networks operation by providing touch services when requested
Proactively identify and communicate improvements to services, technologies and processes.
Plan, prepare and document of maintenance activities (such as hardware firmware, software upgrades and project roll out).
Provide knowledge transfer to other colleagues in the IT Operations and handover routine tasks.
Support design and preparation of recovery and contingency exercises to ensure system recovery in accordance with the predefined plans and documentation.
