Job Title: Contract Pricing Analyst
Location: Wauwatosa, WI
Duration: 13 months (Possibility for Extension)
Description:
- In this role, the Contracts Pricing Analyst is responsible for leading the completion of critical customer price reporting requirements for National and Government Accounts, IDN's and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
Responsibilities include:
- Extract and process catalog reports from Quoting Tool
- Create list price files for contract requirements - files to include catalog details, with reconciliation from prior files Validate list price files from customer quoting systems
- Create ad hoc reports as needed to fulfil contract commitments
- Provide ad hoc pricing and discount analyses for contract discount planning
- Follow and maintain operating procedures for the critical, customer-facing nature of the contract requirements
- Create and run financial reporting tool reports
- Prepare pricing data analysis on ad hoc basis
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, etc.
- Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup etc)
- Self-motivated, high energy
- Keen attention to detail
- Commitment to quality and accountability in reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Characteristics:
- Very strong Analytical skills: Demonstrated skill to clearly assess financial impact of business actions, recommend and implement strategy
- Experience with Excel VBA, macros, and/or Microsoft Access database
- Experience with analytical and data visualization software Strong, demonstrated background utilizing Pricing Tools
- Risk Management process skills
- Healthcare industry experience
- Black Belt certified, experience in Lean and Value Stream Mapping.
