Employer Engagement Support - Event Management- Public Sector
The Role
This temporary role will provide key support including: event management of locally led events including registration, administration and evaluation and liaison with event management company to ensure successful organisation of events.
Reviewing and updating employer information held on CRM system and compiling CRM management reports.
Project Management support to progress the Employer Provider project plan, working across teams as required to obtain key information and update project plan.
Supporting and reviewing EOF claims, checking financial performance validates against key performance indicators.
Key Deliverables
Once completed we will have contact information for caseload of top 1000, enabling account manager to successfully contact, have run a series of employer provider events and be progressing in line with targets in Employer Provider plan.
Skills and Attributes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Research skills (to obtain employer contact information) Project management experience preferred.
Knowledge of apprenticeship delivery models (recruitment, assessment etc.)
Knowledge of CRM (desirable)
Public Sector/Government/Education experience highly desirable
