Title: Complaints Specialist - CA
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Client: Leading healthcare client
Rate: $20.00/hr on w2
Duration: 2 Months (with possible extension/Hire)
Description:
- Responsibilities include and not limited to: Evaluate incoming data and perform failure device analysis utilizing lab technique and test equipment to confirm complaint. Analyze data and determine appropriateness to escalate for possible CAPA.
- Complete all needed records in a timely and accurate manner utilizing Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). Work with a variety of diverse persons within the company such as Engineers, Tech Support, R&D to resolve complaints. Evaluates customer feedback and internal for possible complaint.
Experience:
- BS degree in Engineering or Bio Sciences.1 + years of experience in a medical device or regulated industry. Basic understanding of CAPA, as well as basic understanding of 21 CFR parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO 13485 and ISO 90001.
