Description
Are you a Service Transition Manager looking fro an opportunity to work in Europe? Do you have experience of overseeing Transition activities? Are you available at short notice and a subject matter expert across all ITIL processes?
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience in delivering complex ICT Service Management programs with strong experience of Service transition in a multi-supplier environment. It is expected that you will have worked at a principal level within an IT organisation and be able to work in a dynamic environment with constantly evolving requirements and schedules.
It is essential that you are family with all ITIL process and be ITIL certified.
