We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience with ServiceNow. You will gather requirements for standing up ServiceNow with focus on Service Mgmt. for Help Desk, Asset Mgmt., Configuration Mgmt., etc. Any experience implementing Knowledge Management for ServiceNow is a huge plus! Financial or banking industry experience highly desired.
