AutoCAD - CAD Technician
9 months Contract
Wokingham
Job Purpose:
The role will include testing and implementing changes and drawing displays on our systems, all of which are an essential element in the presentation of information to the Engineers responsible for Control and Safety.
Experience Required:
- MS Office
- Experience with a 2D CAD system (preferably AutoCAD)
Key Tasks:
- Process Display Change Requests ensuring all changes are consistent with the requirements as detailed in our Display Build Guidelines
- Undertake testing of Display Changes to ensure compliance with the requirements of our Display Build Guidelines
- Test Database changes, as agreed, to ensure they are consistent with our documentation
- Update the database on our live, operational systems with approved changes in accordance with our documentation and procedures
- Undertake routine liaison with other internal parties and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of display and database changes to our system.
- Ensure that all of your deliverables are undertaken to the highest standards at all times.
- Undertake any other tasks in support of personal or team development as agreed with the Team Leader
Qualification Skills-
- STEM qualification(s) or GCSEs in English, Maths & Science
