Description

NextLink is having an exciting position as Senior Project Coordinator (Communication & Collaboration) to join our leading pharmaceutical client in Switzerland to support the company with a new change project at regional level.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Meeting with Site representatives on a weekly basis
• Maintain and update the Site Transition Plan, RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and produce a weekly Status Report per Site
• Ensuring that Project risks and issues are proactively highlighted to the project manager (contractor has here a signaling function)
• Proactively engage and follow-up with responsible stakeholders at all levels
• Assist the PMO in Planning and monitoring of project activities, and provide support in PMO duties to support planned and unplanned team member absences

Requirements/ Must-Haves:
• Project Management Certification (PM know-how)
• 7 years + demonstrated experience in full life cycle of two or more Organizational Change Management projects in a complex matrix environment
• Must have proven experience in working with and coordinating regionalized project teams and virtual teams
Self-motivated and strong documentation skills (quality of documentation is very important)
• Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment
• Proven ability to work independently and self-reliant
• Hard working and proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, influencing and negotiating skills and flexibility required
• Experience with GoogleDocs, GDrive and Smartsheet (PM tool)
• Fluent in English
• Other European languages (German, Spanish, French, Polish)
