Senior Service Architect
We are looking for a great candidate to join our fast growing company. You define new service offerings based on your experience in Services and Support customer-facing roles. You innovate existing services based upon your industry experience and regular contact with partners & clients. Experience in an international organization is a definite plus.
As Senior Service Architect you will report to the Head of Product Servicing. You will work very closely with the Product Management and Service Operations team.
As Senior Service Architect your responsibilities are:
Perform market analysis to set future direction of service offerings
Gather & prioritize service delivery requirements and work closely with stakeholders in IT, product management, sales and service operations to ensure business & customer satisfaction targets are met
Develop specifications for services and tooling's needed to deliver services, including customer journeys, processes & procedures
Construct competitive Service Proposals - including Service Pricing Models & SLA's -
to include in product and/or customer offerings
Construct partnerships with external parties to accelerate service competiveness
Assure service implementation of new services into Service Operations
Assure follow-up of Service Quality and define improvement plans if Service Quality
Standards are not met
You will have regular contact with different teams within Belgium, as well with other entities in the international organization.
You also maintain contacts with clients & suppliers.
Your profile
Master degree or equivalent through experience
10+ years of IT Services experience and/or experience in Product Management/process management
Customer minded
Profound knowledge of process documentation such as BPMN 2.0
Lean Six Sigma basis knowledge
Balance of both strong strategic, process & technical skills. Willing to get into deep process or technical details, but also able to see the big picture and make educated trade-off decisions without getting stuck in details
Able to develop trusted relationships, a strong internal network and use influence to drive change
Show situational leadership and perseverance to handle challenging business situations
Excellent communication skills (Dutch-French-English) & Competences
