Position Title: Senior Operation and Maintenance Expert

Responsibilities:
- Grasp the operation, maintenance and customer support industry trends.
- Develop the Client's Enterprise BG operation, maintenance and customer support business strategy.
- Plan the future road map for customer support business.
- Support the Client's global customer support and front-line maintenance business operations, and effectively enhance its customer support brand and efficiency.
- Reconstruct the Client's Enterprise BG customer support business processes and IT system (IT platform optimization), leading the enterprise customers to the industry-leading business.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Strong independent thinking ability, good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible for process planning and business development of the major modules of customer support business.
- Have a deep understanding of data center, cloud computing or big data analysis and other related technologies, familiar with the related operations and maintenance.
- More than 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent in English.
