We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to join their project in China.


Position Title: Senior Data Management Expert
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: December 2016
Duration: 12 months initially

Responsibilities:
- Optimize the data flow architecture of the Client's Enterprise BG customer support business, from product design to sales, manufactory, delivery, maintenance, acceptance to billing, the whole process of data standards and data flow planning and design.
- Responsible for project-level data architecture design, business data standard, design reasonable data structure and data model, complete application-level or module information architecture design / optimization, responsible for the corresponding information architecture in the process and IT system.
- Familiar with ITIL and CMDB concept.
- Reconstruct the Client's enterprise BG installed base, from the database structure, data acquisition to the related application planning and design.


Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Based on the concept of CMDB, responsible for the Client's Enterprise BG install base, from database architecture, data acquisition to application planning and design.
- Have a deep understanding of data center, cloud computing or large data and other related technologies, familiar with the relevant configuration management, operation, maintenance and maintenance support.
- Proficient with data modelling, excellent data management / information architecture / data quality industry experience.
- More than 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent in English.
