Customer Management Analyst (analytics and portfolio management support) - 6 months - Edinburgh
Harvey Nash's Financial Services client are looking Customer Management Analyst for an initial 6 month contract based in Edinburgh. You will be joining a high performing team who provide analytical and commercial support to their wider Credit Card team.
To be considered for the role you must have a demonstrable track record within analytics and will display commercial acumen. The role will be more than just pulling data and displaying the results. You will be analysing the data from a commercial perspective, drawing insight and coming up with initiatives to address the trends you see.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Credit Card business with a particular understanding around the impact of Credit risk alongside an appreciation of credit policies.
To be considered for this role you must have:
. Solid analytics experience
. Display commercial acumen
. Previous experience of or (at a minimum) exposure to a Credit Card business
. Solid understanding of Credit Risk
