Description
Next Ventures is urgently looking for an English speaking SAP Migration manager for a role based in Budapest, Hungary.
Responsibilities:

Provide expertise, advice and leadership to the migration work stream team members, including Process

SMEs/Operational Experts

Lead the execution of work stream deliverables and updates for the weekly PMO status reports

Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships and engagement in the GBS Centers to ensure smooth
-
Transition of services into the GBS center.

Identify, track and monitor issues and risks related to the processes and escalate accordingly
-
Align with Project Manager on coordination and hand-off responsibilities related to key areas including transition, planning, training and stakeholder management
-
Coordinate training between local country staff, new hires and Legacy staff
-
Identify resource requirements for training and stabilization
-
Assist Change Management Lead to develop training materials

Accountable for delivering process documentation, including standard processes and training documents

Develop and execute process mapping plan (APQC and SIPOC)
-
Develop and execute work instruction plan (Work Instructions)
-
Manage SME documentation (Review to identify gaps, control and policy deviations/modifications, risk, and ensure overall completeness)

Accountable for overall quality control of training content and delivery

Coordinate with GBS center manager on scope and metrics sections of SLA
Requirement:
-
3-6 years consultancy experience. Functional experience with the processes being moved into GBS center.

Relevant industry experience.
