Security Project Manager - Opportunity for a long term project in Amsterdam
Tasks
*Scope of work for at least 24 month
*Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
*Coordinate development and implementation of an aligned and leveraged B2B security product portfolio
*Coordinate with in-country project managers and assuring corporate as well as in-country deliverables
Project Management Skills
*Responsible for end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end.
*Find, engage, motivate and hold accountable project stakeholders, if needed with very assertive and determined focus. Work in a Matrix like organization covering more than a dozen affiliates with disperse time-zones, languages, cultures and security development stages
*Manage high risk security projects with technical specifications. Work directly with business units to ensure compliance with risk management objectives and guidelines, and work with stakeholders throughout the enterprise on identifying acceptable levels of risk.
*Develop and revise complex project plans. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and other Scrum-related meetings.
*Assure time-lines are realistically set up with resource in place and dead-lines met. Liaise with resource managers to ensure resources are available to support the timelines within the project schedule
*Manage change requests. Assess impact to scope, schedule and cost; and communicate with key stakeholders.
*Be a full business partner to the product owner, representing in project meetings and being able to steer decisions
*Create and deliver presentations to senior management on project goals and plans, progress reporting, updates, milestones, metrics, risks and issues. Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task and follow through on projects to completion.
*Use corporate reporting, project and financial tools.
*Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment. 2 years or more organizational experience in companies with Agile practices, preferably with experience as a scrum master

Security Skills
*Possess deep knowledge and previous experience of cyber security project management
*Technical understanding of network security, end point security, threat intelligence, security logging, SOC, SIEM, IDS, DDOS, DLP, FW and overall network security practices.
*Aware of the impact new technologies (virtualization, SDN, IoT) have on security architecture
*Translate cyber security threats from a technical perspective to business-line understanding and vice versa
*5+ Years of Information Security experience
*Ideally also having done some cyber security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM (ISACA), CISA, GSEC (GIAC), SSCP
