French speaking PS core engineer - SGSN, GGSN, Integration, commissioning.

My client is looking for a PS (Packet switch) engineer for a major project in west Africa.

English & French or Chinese is mandatory.

Experience in 2G/3G (BSC/RNC) service cutover and able to do packed core network integration, commissioning and maintenance.

Huawei and ZTE skilled consultants only. (see below)
