Job description:
You will be responsible for after-sales Coax Network Troubleshooting in the field of HFC network migration. You will support our customers in technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main Service Provider accounts in Scandinavia
Responsibilities:
Responsible for communicating with subcontractor field engineer, recording and following up the network issue;
Working in the Swap Room to guide subcontractor field engineer to locate the fault position, trouble-shooting until solved.
Qualifications:
Preferred with 3+ years work experience in HFC/coax network, faimiliar with DOCSIS , CMTS/Amplifier/Passive components installation/commissioning/Measurement/troubleshooting.
Fluent speak and written in Scandinavian and English.
Good team-worker, with good communication interpersonal skill, having service consciousness.
