Description

Our client, a leading provider of document workflow, imaging and business process automation solutions, is looking for a Mitel Technician for their Tampa, FL office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Mitel telephony systems for their clients.

Required Skills:

  • Mitel experience (Mitel 3300)
  • Mitel troubleshooting 
  • Mitel install configuration
  • Mitel administration and management

Preferred Skills:

  • MICC Certification
  • Shortel Training
  • Avaya Training
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot methodically and efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, occasionally in urgent situations.
  • Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with people from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot incidents and perform service requests surrounding post implementation of voice and data infrastructures for 100+ different client environments.
  • Responsible for remote troubleshooting, administration, management, integration, and implementation of customer telephony products and systems.
