Our Public Sector client based in London is currently recruiting for a Senior Procurement Office and a Procurement Officer. This is a 4 month project with the possibility of extensions beyond this.
Our client is looking for a procurement professional with the ability to:
- lead and manage procurement processes in compliance with the current Public Contracts Regulations and European Union Procurement Directives for a variety of spend categories, including but not limited to:
- pre tender activities: spend data and market intelligence analysis to identify the best route to market, draft specifications, contract terms, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and selection/award criteria methodology to maximise value
- tender activities: administration on e-tendering portal, clarifications, evaluation exercises- collating and analysing evaluation results, approval to award, outcome feedback to tenderers,
- post tender activities: finalising contract through to signature, advising all stakeholders of implementation requirements
- provide procurement advice to Clients and lead them through an appropriate procurement process
- manage conflicting deadlines, client expectations, and confidential information
- demonstrate concise effective communications skills and have an attention for detail
- build good working relationships, working as part of a team and autonomously
