Description
6 mo-1 year contract for a Help desk analyst. Candidates need to have the following:
3+ years proven IT Help Desk experience
Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer products
Experience with Click to chat customer contact
Experience with Virtual Private Network(VPN) Outstanding problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Strong commitment to team success High attendance reliability
Scheduling flexibility (potential to work evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Adherence to documented processes and procedures
Preferred qualifications: One or more Microsoft certification (A+, MCP, Net+)
Experience with BMC (Remedy Software) Experience with Avaya phone system software
Experience with Bomgar software
Experience with Right Answers Software
Education: Associates Degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience
Local candidates only - onsite position in downtown St. Petersburg, FL.
Candidates must work hourly on a w2 be willing to work flexible hours, nights and weekends
Must be able to pass standard drug screen and 7 year criminal background check
