ISource IT are currently working with a major UK logistics company to recruit an interim Project Manager to take up a position in their Leeds based office. The role is offering a day rate of up to £350p/d.
The successful applicant will work alongside ICAM (IT Client Account Managers) to support client take on as well as perform ICAM governance and reporting of team MI. Successful applicants will also support client healthcheck processes and maintain and support BAU tasks for client portfolios both domestically and internationally.
About the Role:
- To be the contact within within ICAM supporting new client set up and service configuration.
- To work with sales and marketing to ensure successful configuration and testing of services acting as the interface between sales and the ICAM Manager.
- Provide accurate and timely information to support ICAM Manager in regards to new client take on and performance.
- Be responsible for the administration and maintenance of internal ICAM processes and training materials.
- To work with partners and third parties as applicable in support of ICAM requests as directed by the ICAM Manager.
- Approach change in a positive and creative manner to maximise the quality of delivery to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the team and wider IT department supporting ICAM tasks demonstrating good stakeholder management.
- To ensure all communication is of a high quality.
